The Cohort — In Detail
The Cohort is Work as Soulcraft at full intensity. Same course material — but instead of moving through it alone, you move through it with a small group of serious people over two months.
4 live sessions with Luke — roughly one every two weeks. Not lectures. Conversations that go wherever the work requires.
16 total group sessions — structured around the course modules, led by the group. Peer-to-peer formation, not just access to Luke.
6 to 8 people, selected. Everyone in the room has been chosen. The group is the point — not just a container for Luke's attention.
Two months. Long enough for real formation. Short enough to commit fully.
The Welcome Box (~$500 value). A few weeks in, a hand-curated box arrives at your door. Inside: a small library of the books that shaped this course, a hardcover edition of the Reader you can mark up however you want, and a few objects that don't belong in a digital file — things meant to be held, written on, kept. You receive it as a gift, not a deliverable. U.S. shipping addresses only at this time.
What's expected
- Complete each module before the relevant group session
- Write and present your Belief Paper to the group (Module 6)
- Show up to all 4 live sessions with Luke
- Contribute to group sessions as a participant, not a student
This is not a mastermind, a networking group, or a workshop. It's a formation cohort.
The goal isn't networking. It's formation. By the end of two months, you will have written your Belief Paper, presented it to the group, completed the Fulfillment Stories analysis, and built something real.

The cohort is in high demand and operates on a waitlist. Average wait is around 60 days from application. We notify accepted applicants when a cohort opens that you'd be a strong fit for, and we work with you to find a schedule that fits. If you don't want to wait, take Self-Guided or Live in the meantime.

→ A description of your current work and the central challenge you're facing
→ A belief about your work you'd defend even when it's inconvenient
→ A 2–4 minute video — recorded on your phone or computer — explaining why you want to join this cohort
The video doesn't need to be polished. We want to hear you speak, not read a prepared statement. Upload it to YouTube (unlisted), Loom, or Google Drive and paste the link in the application.
