Ask the AI.
Most questions — about the modules, the exercises, how the course works, even your own thinking — get a better answer from the AI than from email. It knows the curriculum, Luke's writing, and the philosophical background. It's available now, in your course dashboard, or right here on the marketing site (chat bubble, bottom right).

Before you write —
How do I access the course after I enroll?
You'll get a welcome email from Luke within five minutes of checkout. It includes the login link and a one-step intake conversation. If you don't see it, check spam — then email rook@cluny.org.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the course isn't right for you, write to rook@cluny.org within 30 days of enrollment and we'll refund you, no questions asked. We'd rather have your honest feedback than your reluctant money.
How long does the course take?
Most students finish in two to four weeks, working an hour or so a day. There's no expiration. Some return to specific modules months later — the exercises change as you change.
What's the difference between Self-Guided, Live, and Cohort?
Self-Guided ($199) — all eight modules, exercises, Discord, and 24/7 thinking partner access. Move through the course at your own pace. Live ($499) — everything in Self-Guided plus the 300-page Reader, monthly office hours with Luke, and the Belief Paper review. Cohort ($2,500, by application) — everything in Live plus four live sessions with Luke and a small cohort of six to eight people over two months. See the full comparison.
Is the thinking partner available in the Self-Guided track?
Yes. 24/7 access is included in every tier. It's trained on 300+ of Luke's essays and articles going back six years, plus the course curriculum. Not a chatbot — it's feedback from Luke's body of work, available whenever you need it.
Where do my submissions and notes go?
Everything stays in your account. Your Work Profile, Belief Paper draft, Family Desire Map, and any tool results live in the course dashboard and (where applicable) on the marketing site under your email. Nothing is shared without your permission.
Can I gift the course to someone?
Yes. Write to rook@cluny.org with the recipient's name and email and we'll send a gift letter from Luke with the enrollment link. We don't have a public gift checkout yet — for now it goes through email.
I'm having a technical problem with the course platform.
The course runs on Kajabi. Most technical issues — login, video playback, mobile app — are best fixed by emailing rook@cluny.org. If it's a platform-wide outage we'll know within minutes and post in the Discord community.
Can I talk to Luke directly?
Live and Cohort students do, in monthly office hours or live sessions. For Self-Guided students: write to rook@cluny.org and Rook will judge what needs Luke and what doesn't. Most things don't — but the things that do, get to him.
