What we collect

When you create an account or enroll in a course, we collect: your name, email address, optional mobile phone number, and the answers you provide in any intake or notebook entries.

When you browse the site we collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security and analytics purposes.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the course, send transactional and educational communications you opted in to receive, improve the course content, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information collected on this site are used exclusively to deliver messages from Luke Arthur Burgis. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for their marketing purposes.

We use third-party messaging providers (such as Twilio) to deliver SMS on our behalf. These providers process your phone number only to send the messages you have opted in to receive. They are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for help.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service plan. Message frequency is up to 8 messages per month.

Kajabi — course hosting and payment processing
Stripe — payment processing
Supabase — application database
Vercel — web hosting
Twilio — SMS message delivery

Cookies & analytics

We use minimal cookies for authentication and analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@lukeburgis.com and we will respond within 14 days.
